How to choose the output video formats from MP4, H.264/MPEG-4 AVC and WMV?
If you only want to get the best quality, I recommend H.264/MPEG-4 AVC output for you, which is in H.264/AVC video codec. But the output size would be larger than others. Actually, MP4 format will be more proper between the file size and quality.
